Troubleshooting common installation issues
If your device blocks the APK installation citing "unknown sources," this is a security feature by your phone manufacturer. Enable it temporarily by opening Settings, navigating to Security or Apps, and toggling "Unknown sources" on. Once the ubisoft app is installed, you can turn this setting back off. Some devices may require you to trust the ubisoft app certificate before running it for the first time; a prompt will appear during installation.
